Q: How do I order?
A: Select your preferred dessert, add it to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment.
Q: Are your desserts Muslim-friendly?
A: We are not Halal-certified, but most of our products do not contain alcohol.
Q: Where is the pick-up location?
A: Our pick-up point is at Empire City, Damansara (Basement 2).
You can search “Bilabila Mart Empire City” on your map app to find us easily.
Q: How does the delivery service work?
A: Delivery is available within the Klang Valley.
Q: Can I change my order’s pick-up or delivery date?
A: Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or Instagram at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Q: Will I receive notifications for delivery or pick-up?
A: Yes! You will receive a WhatsApp message with a driver tracking link for delivery, and a reminder for pick-up orders.
Q: What if I don’t receive a notification in the morning?
A: If you haven’t received any update by the expected time, please contact our customer service immediately.
Q: Can I request a card message?
A: Yes! Just leave your message in the remark section, and we’ll include it with your order.
Q: I received the wrong dessert. What should I do?
A: Please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or Instagram right away. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
