At Ohooya Patisserie, all products are made-to-order with care. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellations

• Standard Orders: Can be cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice for preorders.

• Same-Day Orders: Cannot be cancelled once processed or prepared.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement under the following conditions:

    1.    Quality Issues:

 Contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order, with clear photos or videos. This includes melted, broken, or defective items.

    2.    Incorrect Items:

 Notify us within 2 hours of delivery. Items must be unconsumed and in their original condition. Please include your order number and photos of the incorrect items.

    3.    Delivery Damages:

 If damaged during third-party courier delivery, we will assess the situation and may offer compensation.

    4.    Out-of-Stock Items:

 If we cannot fulfill an item, we will offer a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

• No refunds for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

Refund Process

    1.    Contact us within the specified timeframes.

    2.    Provide your order number and supporting photos/videos.

    3.    We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

    4.    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
